But if you still dont have any idea of venues which is suitable for you, let us know your prefered location, athmosphere, and area, and then we will select them and help you to choose the perfect ones for you.

THE WEDDING PLANNING

•  Your Wedding is a moment so precious. It must be planned, arranged and handled very well. We receive every detail informations from you that you need for your wedding and we will create and make it real for you. Tell us, what kind of wedding you want ( Full Legal Wedding & Ceremony, Religious Wedding & Ceremony, Civil Ceremony, Renewal Rows, Balinese Style Wedding & Ceremony, etc ), The facilities you need such as, kind of decorations, wedding costumes, wedding cake, photo and documentation, limousine, hair & make up, cocktail reception, wedding reception, entertainments, wedding gift, etc. Tell us anything that you need for your wedding to make your special day a success and to create lasting memories of marriage made in heaven, on the Island of Gods. We also could assist and escort you to your embassy or consulate here for your document of marriage handling (for Legal Wedding)

THE BUDGET

•  Normally the clients who would like to have a wedding have a special budget. If you would like to share your budget information with us it would be easier for us to create and arrange your event. If you don't want to mention the budget or does'nt have any idea about the budget just tell us and discuss with us all arrangements and facilities you want for your event. We will quote the proposal for you with the best rate. For your information our rate could be in any currency depend on your request, in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), USD, AUD, or EUR.

THE ACCOMODATION

•  Everything about travel and accomodation in Bali probably handled by your travel agent. But if you would like us to handle your accomodation as well including transportation, please let us know. We will arrange your accomodation and transportation for you and your member of family or invitation. Includes the tour and the activities during in BALI

THE ARRIVAL IN BALI

•  You will be picked up at the airport by your travel agent staff ( or by The Wedding Planner Bali staff ) and escorted to your hotel. You will receive a welcome contact from your personal Wedding Assistant to confirm the preparatory meeting schedule.

THE PRE WEDDING ARRANGEMENT

•  At the time scheduled for preparatory meeting, your Wedding Assistant and The Wedding Planner Bali Staff will finalize all details of your wedding. Probably you will be picked up at your hotel to the wedding location ( if the location is not the same place with the place where you stay ) to organize rehearsal and make up testing. If you wish to wear your own wedding attire for the ceremony, please bring your garment to the meeting,

THE WEDDING DAY

•  Weddings in Bali usual be arranged at 10.00 then continued with Lunch Wedding Reception, OR at 16.00, 17.00, 18.00 then continued with Cocktai Reception or / and Dinner Reception. Sunset Time in Bali betwen 18.00 - 18.30. Hair & Make Up preparation will start two or three hours before the ceremony. You will be picked up from your hotel ( if you dont stay at the same place with the wedding location ) by The Wedding Planner Bali Staff. The Wedding Reception Party will take place after the ceremony
